Mfundi Vundla trended on social media on Tuesday morning after he shared a message of condolence to Menzi Ngubane’s family accompanying his passing.
Mfundi Vundla has linked the many Mzansi celebrities who have shared words about the late beloved actor.
Vundla worked with Ngubane for over 10 years on several productions, including the now defunct Generations.
Speaking to TshisaLive, Vundla expresses his shock over the passing.
He said that he was shocked and depressed by the loss.
“I am devastated.”
He told the publication that Menzi was one of South Africa’s most talented actors and would leave behind a great legacy.
However, his comments did not travel down well with social media users especially given the reality that Vundla fire Ngubane when he purged the cast of Generations following a payments conflict.
